Server Security

A new level of physical security in a server container, enabling data centres to eliminate the use of physical mesh cages, resulting in more efficient use of high cost space.

The doors consist of high security 2mm thick stainless steel bars set at 45° x 25mm wide and set at 25mm centres in the vertical and horizontal planes. Further 1mm internal octagonal mesh liner. Bent/welded door frame 3mm thick.

When closed, the door interlocks with the body on all 4 sides.

Safe-type heavy 3-way locking behind the bent/welded 3mm steel construction. Safe euro-footprint keylock and digital locks available (VDS Class I –III).

  • Internal mountings to accommodate a wide range of data racking and ancilliary fitments.
  • Standard ext. dimensions: 2050H x 750W x 1200D Wt 470Kg.
  • 40mm for handle/lock on each door back and front.
  • Powdercoat paint finish RAL9002.

An independent thermal test demonstrated that, in a typical data centre environment, ‘the cabinet successfully handled a heat load of at least up to 11.2kW’.
